​David Dempsey 

Head of Commercial SR21

​With over 30 years’ experience in the construction sector and quantity surveying, David joined ESD in 2020 with responsibility for all commercial aspects of the SR21 capital programme of projects. Previously, he spent three years as Head of Commercial - Power with Amey and, between 2014 and 2017, was Senior Commercial Manager with Costain Group PLC. He is a Senior Commercial Manager with parent company, MWH Treatment.
