​​Framework Arrangements

​​ESD is currently designing and delivering projects under two Scottish Water capital programme frameworks: SR15 & SR21

These comprise a large number of projects of varying sizes and complexity situated in multiple locations throughout Scotland. SR15 and SR21 are two separate frameworks with separate commercial and delivery arrangements managed by ESD.

SR15 was our first contract for Scottish Water comprising a wide range of new build and existing infrastructure upgrading works.

In parallel, we are embarking on a second programme of work (SR21), valued at £700 million over the next six years.

The total value of the portfolio is around £1.2 billion with between £100 - £140 million worth of investment being delivered each year.

As the various projects under SR15 come to completion, we seek to transition our knowledgeable and experienced staff over to the SR21 programme.
