Delivery Director

Allan joined ESD in 2018 and in 2023 too over the responsibility for delivering the SR15 programme of projects.  In September 2025,he was  appointed as Delivery Director which now includes overall responsibility for pre-construction and for all SR15 and SR21 Project delivery.  Allan has worked in construction all his career and has been in management positions for over 18 years.  He has been employed by his parent company Galliford Try in the water sector since 2008 starting in QS111 Scottish Water Solutions as a Site Manager through AMP5 at Thames Water, AMP6 at Southern Water before returning home to Scotland in 2018.
