Business Director

Grant joined ESD in 2022 from energy giant ExxonMobil. In September 2025, he was appointed Business Director with responsibility for ESD Functional Excellence. Grant is also the Alliance Partner Representative. With over 13 years’ business strategy and operational management experience working for multinational companies, Grant oversees current and future strategy in ESD, ensuring the organisation has the expertise, structure and systems to enable it to meet its goals and continually improve its delivery of services to Scotland’s vital water sector.
