Head of SHE

Neil joined ESD in January 2026 as Head of SHE. He has over 20 years’ senior management experience in the health, safety and wellbeing arenas within the utilities and infrastructure sectors, 17 of them with Balfour Beatty. His responsibilities include leading the SHE team and implementing robust safety and wellbeing procedures across ESD which comply with current legislation and the highest industry standards.
