Chief Operating Officer

​Peter leads ESD’s Senior Leadership Team and is ultimately responsible for the safety, operational and financial performance of the Joint Venture. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the construction, utility and facilities management sectors where he has delivered transformational change and sustainable performance improvement in challenging regulatory and customer focused environments. Peter is a graduate from Manchester Business School and a Behavioural Safety Practitioner who applies “human factors” thinking to all aspects of work.
