Keith Dent

Head of SHE

Keith has been employed in HS&E for the last 17 years, a vast proportion of this being within a top tier COMAH site, heavy industry, and construction in the water industry. The HS&E role(s) followed a 25-year career in the Royal Air Force, with Keith offering that both careers have a central aim of providing, sustaining, and managing workplace safety and security. Keith has gained his skills, knowledge and experience through employment in several positions, and more recently (within his parent company GT) he focussed on strategic items around system, process, and behaviour. He has held many “hands on” roles, including, Head of, Regional, and Framework Manager.
